A lot has happened in 2025. It’s not even September yet. Let’s recap our history this year, shall we?
February
The roadmap is announced. When I wrote the roadmap, I fully intended on implementing each feature. I still do, but let’s continue first.
May
Most of you don’t know that when I started this project in 2021, I was actually a freshman in high school. I needed a tool to better organize my notes, schedules, and assignments, and to have a good place to study. Preferably, it would be free from the distractions of Quizlet and Kahoot!, but still contain the useful features of both. May is when I finished high school, and formed CaptnJason Development Studios LLC officially. I also migrated (well, am still migrating) my developer account to an organization account. It still doesn’t show correctly on the App Store, either.
August
I started college officially. I plan to major in Computer Science, and intend on graduating in 2029. This has been an interesting transition for me, and I’m working on balancing this and Notecard++.
Summary
It’s going to be interesting. I’ll try to keep up some signs of life, showing that the project is, in fact, not dead. Hopefully, I’ll be able to bring on some people eventually, but that’s pretty far down the road.
P.S. E-mail and contact form spammers: If you’re gonna try to get me, at least make it relevant to what I need. I expect to see some legal ads in there.
